Arenda Capital Management is an Absolute Return fund management company with private equity and real estate operating expertise.  What this means is that we are in the business of preserving capital as our primary investment discipline  - that Relative Returns, how we compare to the REIT index or the S&P 500 index, does not shape our investment process. We are looking to invest in capital dislocating events or situational investments that allow for capital to be deployed on an opportunistic basis – we look for mid-teens to mid-twenty percent returns using minimal leverage.  It is when the risks are feared the most that they are paid for the least. We source, capitalize, engineer, and operate real estate investments and private equity investments which meet this strict criteria of risk relative to return.  The Principals of ACM have completed more than $2Billion of real estate transactions as owners, and currently own and manage over $200M in commercial real estate assets.

Arenda Capital Management was formed as a Joint Venture of Rhyno Capital Management, Meyer Pacific, and Arenda Capital with the expressed purpose to seek to capitalize on the fundamental dislocation in the real estate capital markets that began in the summer of 2007.  Opportunities in the decade before us may be the best we see for 50 years.

Arenda Capital Management is based in Southern California and seeks to acquire industrial, retail, and residential real estate assets across the United States.  Private Equity opportunities are considered on a case by case basis.
