Mrs. Cashman is the Financial Controller for the Arenda family of companies. She has managed books and records for Arenda Capital and its real estate holdings for over 29 years.
Mrs. Cashman has supervised accounting teams of up to 10 employees, managed payroll for hundreds, and administered multi-million dollar budgets. Prior to her tenure at Arenda, she held direct responsibility for the auditing duties associated with million of dollars in government payrolls while serving at the Lake County Employment and Training Administration in Lake County, Indiana.
Mrs. Cashman coordinates Arenda operating interactions with the banking and legal communities as relates to managing bank accounts, coordinating fund investments, processing loan applications, and as well as overseeing all related annual financial audits.
