Matthew Pavlovich is a Financial Analyst at Arenda Capital Management. His primary responsibilities focus on underwriting commercial real estate in evaluation of possible acquisitions, analysis of the operating financials of assets within the existing portfolio, and capital markets participation relating to recapitalizations and replacement of commercial mortgage debt.

Matt graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate from the School of Policy, Planning, and Development (PPD, Real Estate Emphasis). As an undergraduate he completed two summer internships with Cantor Fitzgerald, the second of which took him to Hong Kong for three months where he researched and analyzed Chinese mid-cap companies seeking mezzanine financing for expansion into new locations and technologies. He also spent one summer as an intern for Real Capital Advisors in Irvine, CA where he participated in analysis and execution of commercial real estate debt transactions.

Matt was a four year varsity volleyball player for the Trojans and was once named USC Student Athlete of the Month. In his senior year the Trojan volleyball team finished second in the nation, losing a close national championship game in a 5 set match. While an undergraduate, he was a member of the Student Athletic Academic Council, the Marshall Finance Association, and the USC Entrepreneur Club.
