Mr. Meyer is a Principal of Meyer Pacific, Inc., a privately held real estate investment and holding company founded in 1975, and a Co-Managing Principal of Arenda Capital Management, L.L.C. (ACM). Mr. Meyer, Mr. Miletich and Mr. Millsap co-founded ACM and together they oversee the investment activities thereof.
Mr. Meyer’s daily responsibilities with ACM include capital sourcing, business strategy, and the sourcing of new investment opportunities. He is the Managing Principal in charge of all new acquisition activities. He continues to provide management direction at his family company, Meyer Pacific, which focuses on street-front retail and office investments in uniquely positioned communities such as Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Pasadena, and Santa Barbara. Mr. Meyer oversees the daily operations including leasing, acquisitions, property management and construction management. MP is a privately held, family real estate investment company based in Beverly Hills, California. MP has built its reputation on the pride of ownership that they display in all of their projects and have been awarded both architectural and historic preservation awards. For decades the Principals of MP owned and managed Gearys of Beverly Hills, one of Beverly Hills’ oldest retailers, giving them a unique understanding of the true partnership that exists between tenants and landlords. This approach has led to limited turnover and long-lasting tenant relationships.
Prior to joining Arenda Capital Management, Mr. Meyer was the Director of Acquisitions with Champion Development Group, a full service real estate investment and development company. He was responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities, financial underwriting, site planning/design and cultivating brokerage and banking relationships.
Beginning his career as an office leasing and investment broker with Insignia/ESG, Mr. Meyer was recognized in his first year by the Los Angeles Business Journal as the “Top Rookie Broker.” Following the acquisition of Insignia/ESG by CB Richard Ellis, Evan joined Madison Partners as a Director.
Mr. Meyer earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Southern California.
